Service

Service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019, at 1:00 pm at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home, 529 W. Thornton St., Akron, OH 44307. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery.

Earl E. Marsh, Sr. was born in Akron, Ohio on November 16, 1932 to Ellison and Annie (Haston) Marsh. He graduated from East High School and attended the University of Akron. He was a member of Phillips Chapel CME Church. He retired after many years of service from the United States Postal Service. Earl was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his sister, Barbara Ann Clay; sons, Earl E. Marsh, Jr., Angelo Marsh and Tony Marsh and daughter, Artra (Courtney) Taylor and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to thank Arbors at Stow Nursing Home for their kind and compassionate care of Earl.
