Eddie Odell Johnson

Eddie Odell Johnson received his wings, July 7, 2022. He was born June 18, 143, in Athens, GA to Eddie Johnson and Bertha (Griffieth).

Eddie retired from the Ford Motor Company after 33 years of service.  He also drove part-time for Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home.

In his free time, Eddie enjoyed drag racing, watching his favorite quarterback Tom Brady, and his favorite basketball team the Golden State Warriors.  He also loved watching the Young and Restless but above all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Bertha Cutright.

Eddie leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 56 years, Liza Johnson; his children, Jackie (Glenn) Hudson, Jason (Lisa) Johnson and Raymond Johnson Sr. (PA); grandchildren, Janae Rosser, Payton and Jason Johnson Jr., Takisha Glover, Raymond (Shannon) Johnson Jr., and Lamarr Johnson (Amanda); special cousins, Berthine Moore and Belle Burney; brother-in-law, Willie (Emma) Caine; as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
