Eddie Taylor was born a twin, June 22, 1954 to Essie Banks and the late Henry Williams. He passed away August 15, 2017.
Eddie was a lifelong resident of Akron, OH, attending Akron Public Schools. He was employed by Chrysler Stamping Plant.
Eddie was a music lover and he loved to dance. He was a dance instructor at the V.F.W. and Y.M.C.A. He was an avid sports fan and liked to watch the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and Cleveland Cavaliers games with his mother. Eddie also loved fashion. He participated in several fashion shows and had a style of his own.
He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Regina Williams; and twin brother, Freddie Taylor. He is survived by his loving mother, Essie Banks; sisters, Emma Benson and Ramona Mitchell; brothers, Tony Taylor, Kenneth Taylor, and Tyrone Keith, all of Akron, Oh. He also leaves to cherish his memory special cousin, Robert Brown; best friend, Lacey (Skip) Gray and special friend, Beverly Acey, and a host of relatives and friends.
