Mr. Seals was a wonderful neighbor and friend. We often chatted in his driveway ... we shared tastes in music ... he gave me advice on caring for my lawn ... he kept an eye on our property when we were away. Blessings and prayers to his family ... we will miss him dearly.

My sincere condolences to Sammie and the entire Seals family for your loss. I first met Eddie in 1971 when I started to work at Gould. It did not take long to become friends because as everybody has testified he was a very caring person. The memories have been flowing since I heard of his passing. I thought back of the many good times that we shared together and what a good person he truly was. I remember many Sunday mornings when we had to work and we would go out to breakfast together and we would stop on the way to his house on Burgess where he stopped to make sure that there was bird feed in the birdfeeder He was always thinking of helping others rather than himself even the birds. We would than proceed to the Every Thing and Then Some restaurant where even though I was the only white person in the building Eddie always made me feel comfortable and I was always amazed how many people would come to the table to say hi to him. He had a lot of friends. The last time we met in person was twenty years ago when I was then living in Vegas and he and Sammie visited me for a few days on one of their gambling trips. We had a very good time together including attending a wedding of their friends The Peoples. Eddie will be missed by many and showed us all what Christ taught us to love not hate each other. May my dear friend Rest In Peace.
