Elder Cheryl Danzinger-Scales (A.K.A) “Grand Ma” and “Mrs./Mother Scales” to many, age 73, was called home to her heavenly father on June 11, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving husband,  Deacon George Henry Scales; mother,  Rosemary Childrey; a loving father,  Allen W. Hurt who preceded her in death;
Elder Cheryl’s memory lives on through her children, Carolyn Hurt-Harris (Anthony), Bernice Scales, Pamela Lewis (Scott), George T. Scales (Gloria), Bishop Ernest Scales (Prophetess Renee), Kimberly Henton ( Kareem) and Evelyn Edwards; Siblings, Patricia Garrett who preceded her in death” Denise Owens(Roy) Terri Hurt-Collins: Derrick Smiley, Alcola Hurt and Audree White; a host of grand-children, great-grand children and a host of nieces and nephews;  her four-legged babies, Ambassador (Faith) who preceded her in death; AJ and Prince.
