Cassandra Jones; beloved son Eric Jones, Sr.; mother-in-law Artameza Stokes; three grandchildren, Lerricka, Alayna, and Eric Jr.; one great-granddaughter, Ja’Leah; three brothers, Frank Vernon (Hazel), Earl Dennis, and Michael (Sharon) Dennis; lifelong friend, Bishop Luther J. Blackwell, Jr. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.

Rev Jones was a very kind man. We spent 3 days a week for 2.5 years together. When ever I felt like I needed a spiritual cleansing he was there to gladly help. I will definitely miss you. I will never forget you! Rest well Mr. John Jones ❤️❤️

Cassandra & Eric & other relatives: Even though I'm a relative via marriage, I just learned in September 2021 that Elder Jones passed. I had no idea he was ill. I am praying for your divinely provided peace and comfort. You are loved by me. I feel your pain. Elder Jones was easy to love. He had such endearing ways about him. Will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved him. You will make it because Jesus loves you guys deeply.
