Ella Mae Smedley, age 84, went to sleep peacefully on July 29, 2021. Ella Mae is survived by her daughter, Laura Denise Smedley-Mbongo; sister, Dorothy Mae; grandchildren, Lawrence Rayshawn Smedley, Leilani Smedley and Cheyenne Smedley; and four great-grandchildren. Ella Mae is the daughter of the late, Howard Lloyd and Annie Kate Lloyd. She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Smedley; son, Lawrence Denis Smedley; siblings, Jack Lloyd, Howard Lloyd, Daniel Lloyd, Roosevelt Lloyd, Cornelius Lloyd, Annie Mae and Georgia Evans.
