My deepest sympathy to the family. I worked with Ellen at the MetroHealth Line years ago. She was smart, kind and compassionate - truly one of the best nurses I've worked with. I will always remember her smile, her love for her family and her calming presence. Rest in peace Ellen. I am blessed to have known you.

My Memory: Our regular intellectual sparing, catching up, laughing, discussing "back in the day", and our annual Birthday calls to one another. Remember being locked out of FDR in the snow on top of the roof!

My sincere condolences. I worked with Ellen, she was a wonderful, caring, person. She was always so patient and understanding when talking with patients on the phone. An excellent nurse! When I retired she gave me a bracelet of polished stones, that she had made for me and each stone had a special meaning. It is a gift that I cherish. May she rest in peace.

Worked with our beloved Ellen on Metro's Nurse Advice line. Her passion for nursing was surpassed only by her love for her family. Those of us lucky to have known her grieve with her family. Ellen, my sweet friend, no more planes. Your angel wings will take you to places that you dreamed about. Truth will be revealed to you, and all your questions will finally be answered. Peace to you my sweet friend, and comfort to your family and those of us who love you.

I am so sorry for your great loss. Ellen was a wonderful person. She had such a kind hear and a free spirit. She was great with the patients she took care of on the Metro-Health line. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting her. She always had a great story to tell and a smile on her face. I loved talking with her about gardening and her flowers. She was truly an Angel. Rest in Peace my sweet friend you will surely be missed by many.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your loved one personally, my heart goes out to you during this very difficult time. In times like this I have found comfort in God's promises recorded at Revelation 21:4 & John 5:28,29, where it is promised that the sting of sickness & death will be done away with but that our loved one is safe in God's memory and we will be able to be reunited with them again. These promises may seem unrealistic because of what we experience now, but I hope that knowing our loving Heavenly Father longs to do these things (Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures & brochure below can bring you some comfort until these promises are fulfilled. https://download-a.akamaihd.net/files/media_books/d5/we_E.pdf
