Elliot Cook, age 69, went home to be with the lord on February 6, 2022. Elliot is survived by his beloved wife, Mercedes Cook; children, Monete (Aubrey), Mnyette, Sabrina (Anthony d.), Denise, Dymond, Clay, Zashawn, Zettra; brother, Henry (Freddie) Cook; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.

Mr. Cook, I have your book and I will treasure it. I always enjoyed being around Mr. Cook he would say a joke or two or impart some words of wisdom whenever he would drop off or pick up the kids from school.
I especially enjoyed him trying to help out at the food pantry. He was one of a kind and never to be forgotten. He is now in God's care rejoicing because his name is written in the Book of Life

Rest in peace Uncle LC! I will see you when I get there! I remember when I was 16, Sheldon was months old & me and Monete wanted to go out! Our curfew was at 11pm... Uncle LC said if we not on time, Sheldon would be outside! Of course, we were late, we pulled up into the driveway & Sheldon was there in his car seat, outside, in the driveway! ?? We were utterly shocked to find him outside! My mouth was wide open, I looked over at Monete and get mouth was open too! Eventually the shock wore off, we laughed about it & can't in the house! Lesson learned!!! But Uncle LC was teaching us a valuable lesson, keep your word & be responsible! I will hold every single talk we had and every single memory in my heart for this lifetime & the life to come! I miss you uncle!! I love you uncle LC!!! ?????????
