Erica McCarthy went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2018.

Erica was preceded in death by her grandmother, Dora Cooper; her mother, Katherine Sue McCarthy; grandmother, Mary Helen McCarthy Brooks; grandfather, Clifford Eugene McCarthy; Uncle Clifford “Cooker” Wayne McCarthy and Uncle Mark “Tony” Anthony McCarthy.

Erica leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father, Edward Eugene McCarthy; her children, Terria Rivers and Terrell Rivers; her grandchildren, Arielle Rivers and Aubria Rivers; Aunt Faye Burton and special cousin, Kendall Hughes; Aunt Barbara McCarthy Hooks (spouse – James) of Elyria and Aunt Rhonda Brooks Pettie (spouse – Anthony) of Lorain, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
