Ernest Darnell Wallace was born in Akron, Ohio on July 12, 1951, and passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
He was a graduate of North High School in Akron, Ohio. He lived his life as a Christian. His occupation was construction. He worked at Firestone and Cavanaugh Construction and was retired with the Local Labor Union 894.
Ernest enjoyed barbequing on the grill to share with friends and family. He enjoyed playing chess with his friends and grandchildren. He also enjoyed bowling with his family and spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Ernest was preceded in death by his father, Ernest J. Wallace; his mother, Vivian Wallace and his brother, Daryl K. Wallace (aka “Bimbo”).
His remaining family members are his wife of 43 years, Deborah A. Wallace; their children, Juan D. (Elizabeth) Brady, Morgan B. (Stephanie) Brady Jr., Akhira (Brian) McElrath and Kaneda Dixon; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and a whole host of family members. His remaining siblings are Daniel Wallace (aka “Danny”), Daphane Wallace, and Derrick Wallace.
He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
