Eugene Black, Sr., age 79, passed away on December 2, 2024. Eugene was born in Uniontown, Alabama to Willie Black and Jannie Black. Eugene married Fannie Black of (Euclid, Ohio) on July 15, 1964, in Uniontown, Alabama. Eugene went by the nickname of “Buddy Love”.
He was preceded in death by Jannie Black (Mother) and Willie Black (Father).
Eugene is survived by spouse Fannie Mae Black of Euclid, Ohio; son Eugene Black Jr (Dee) of Euclid, Ohio; daughter Maxine Tunstall (Jerry) of University Heights, Ohio; daughter Belinda Black of Euclid, Ohio; and daughter Monica Boone (Kenneth) of Euclid, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-great grandchildren.
Eugene loved music and absolutely adored his grandkids and great grandkids. He was loved by everyone including friends of the family. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.
