Eugene H. Barker went home to be with the Lord on July 22, 2016. Eugene is survived by his beloved wife, Dianne. Cherished father of Dana Hill, Tara Barker, Eugene Jr. (deceased), Ife Henry and Danielle Eberhardt. Grandfather of Kara McMillan and Mykael Anthoney Dean.
