Our beloved angel, Floure G. Beasley was born on January 28, 1949, in Cliftonville, Mississippi, to her loving parents. Rev Coleman Robinson Sr. and Rosie Lee Robinson.
Floure attended McCwright Elementary School and South High School. At a young age, she answered God’s call and became a member of Mother Greer’s Sanctified Church, where she built the foundation for her lifelong love of the Lord. She was also a talented athlete, setting a Junior Olympics record in the softball throw that stood for several years.
Floure was a proud mother to her three daughters. Ranatha Garley, Lorrita Beasley, and Tasha Patten. Never afraid of hard work, she earned her GED, attended beauty school, and worked as a beautician for many years before continuing her career in Environmental Services at Summa Hospital.
Later in life, Floure developed a love for adventure and travel, visiting 19 states and Puerto Rico. Las Vegas was her favorite destination, as she loved the good casino! She had the biggest heart, a sassy personality, and a beautiful love for singing, dancing, laughing, and making memories.
Floure peacefully transitioned on August 22, 2026, in her beloved home, surrounded by love, hugs, and kisses, with her favorite gospel hymns playing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev Coleman Robinson Sr. and Rosie Lee Robinson: her siblings, Betty Carruthers, Joseph Robinson, David Robinson, and Floyd Robinson, her life partner Howard Sanders and her son-in-law, Othello Garley.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters. Ranatha Garley, Lorrita Beasley, and Tasha Patten, son-in-law Charles Patten, grandchildren.
T’Aara, Antonet, Jermeria and Niko Timmerlake .
Jerita and Chris Polik, and Zaria, and great-grandchildren. A’milia, Micheal Jr. Tavaris, Gabriella Tre’zure, Messiah and Kyomi, along with a host of family and friends.
Her love, laughter, faith, and adventurous spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
