Dear family, I hurt with you and I truly understand the pain you feel. Granny will be missed greatly! I had to smile because I never knew Granny’s first name was Frances until just recently. She’s just been Granny to me since I’ve known her. I remember when we(Quita, Me, Tony, Nette, Shanea and Pooh)were kids just acting crazy and goofy and being loud and wild at the house and Granny would just look at us like we had completely lost our minds lol. I’ll never forget that look she would give us and the laughter that followed. Our hearts are never prepared for the heaviness that comes with losing our loved ones because when they are with us we focus on loving them and spending time with them and making memories with them. There’s a song that says, “Those things that I love and hold dear to my heart are just borrowed, they’re not mine at all. Jesus only let me use them to brighten my life, so remind me, remind me dear Lord.” The time that we have here on earth is short and it can be difficult when the closing date is added to the end of the dash. I Thank God for His great salvation, for delivering me from sin and from self because while going through my own great loss, I was then able to hold onto His Word and believe it and do it and never charged him foolishly. What do we have that God has not given us? Job said, “Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” So family, let’s remember the good times with Granny and be thankful for the time spent together. I can’t say that the tears won’t run nor can I say that the pain won’t last for a while. This will be a journey and time will heal your hearts. Know that I am here for you if you need me and I most certainly will be praying for you all that the God of all comfort and all power will allow your hearts to be comforted in this difficult time. I love you all so very much.

We, your extended Family, send our deepest and sincerest condolences on the loss of your Mother ... Our Hearts are heavy and we are tremendously saddened; please know, we are here for each and every one of you. Psalm 147:3 - He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds. John 16:22 Therefore you too have grief now; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you. May God Keep You All in the Comfort of His Loving Arms.

There are no words to describe...Granny Frances was the life of the party. Funny, loving, and REAL. The place in my heart where she lived will never be filled. However, I take great comfort in knowing that she is fully whole and with Jesus. No more sickness and pain, but dancing with Jesus. Love my Buddy...
