Frances Louise Hunting (Lil Frances) was born December 19, 1946 at 2:22 p.m. to John and Frances Drake (Grievous) in Cleveland, Ohio. The oldest of three children, she had two brothers, John M. and Marshall B. Drake all of whom preceded her in death.
Frances confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She attended and graduated from the Cleveland Public School system.
In 1970 Frances married Raymond Hunting who also preceded her in death.
Frances was a supervisor for the Defense Finance and Accounting Services at the Federal Building from which she retired after 27 years of service.
Frances loved to sit in her garden, plant her flowers, drink her lemonade/sweet tea, and listen to her rock stations and just enjoy her masterpiece. Aside from gardening, Frances loved to sew and make many interesting crafts that she loved to gift to the people in her life.
She loved music and reading books that she could learn and share the knowledge from. A true people person that would go an extra mile for all those she loved, she made sure we All were OK!
Frances leaves behind her four children: Carl Drake, Neal Drake, Julius Hunting, Laura Hunting
9 Grandchildren: Nickholus Drake Sr., Lace Drake, Christopher Drake, Victoria Victor, Jasmine Smith, Marlon Drake, Semaj Hamilton, Chander Mitchell, Montell Drake.
4 Great-Grandchildren: Seantiara Drake, Mariah Ross, Nickholus Drake Jr., Graysen McLin
Her Best Friend/Sister of 68 years Blanche Buchanan-Wilder.
