Francine Mann , age 71, went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2019. Francine leaves to mourn her death, her children, Crystal Muhammad (Bro, Shakoor, deceased), Marvin Cooke (Monique), Monica Cooke (Allan), LaShawn Jackson (Clarence), Brownette Cooke and her four legged companion Milan; Siblings, Willa Mae, Mozella, Claudie (William), Brenda, Adrianne, Eartha (Raymond), Emma and James;Grandchildren, Eric Sr., Terrance (Trudy), Johnathon, Marvin III, Malik, Makhila, Myles, Azariyah Hanna, April, Terrance and Maurice; Great-grandchildren, Eric Jr., Jaquon, Aaron, Aris, Josiah, Charissa, Johnetta, Mackenzie and King; God sister, Emily; God son, Jonathan Mahone and her loving partner to the end, William Washington.
