Frankie Tucker was born in Cleveland, Ohio March 28, 1951.  He was the eighth born of thirteen siblings to the union of the late Alvin and Martha Tucker.

He confessed his hope in Christ and was baptized at an early age at Second Mount Carmel Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. G.B. Gilbert.  Frankie attended John Hay High School in Cleveland, Ohio and later enlisted into the United States Army.

On Monday, December 13, 2021, God called Frankie, his son home.  Now he is resting peacefully in the arms of his Lord.

One son, Aaron Tucker, preceded him in death.  Frankie leaves to cherish his memory:  His loving partner Brenda Payne, sons; Joe, Frankie L, Larry, Robert, Mario and James; daughters; Briea, Cassandra, Sheree, Shawn and Teauna; brothers; Alvin C. Tucker Jr. (Liz), Oscar C. Tucker (deceased; Willie Ruth), Samuel L. Tucker (deceased; Annie L.), Willie C. Tucker (Gabrielle), Bennie Tucker (Regina) and Joseph Tucker (Karnika); sisters; Martha J. Treadwell (deceased), Jennette Davis (Gregory), Margaret Leath (Emanuel), Mattie Conway (Kerry), Ellen Jones (William), Lillie Tucker (deceased) and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Calhouns I told you I am my fathers legal next of kin. you overcharged for the funeral and disregarded me as my fathers next of kin and now I gotta come up with money for a funeral my father did not want for obituary with people not my fathers children not adopted nor biological. you insulted his biological children. then you had us sign a paper . equal amounts of my fathers ashes better go to his biological children only. please stop disrespecting my fathers last wishes. We are very insulted we are expected to pay for a funeral that your funeral home told me he wasn't my family I was not allowed information on my own father. I was born 1/11/1971 my father was married to my mother. also do you have a copy of the divorce decree? what you are doing to us is against the law. I tried to talk to you all but you allowed my aunt who is not next of kin to shut the door in my face. yet you expect me to pay . what your doing is breaking the law and if you continue you will have a legal problem with me. this is the second notice I have given you and I will not give a 3rd stop breaking the laws and stop disrespecting my father and my mother for that matter. . I am distraught over your actions and y'all wanna hold my dads ashes hostage STOP IT AND STOP THE OVERCHARGING I AM SERIOUS ABOUT RESPECTING MY FATHER.
