Our heartfelt condolences to the family. We are deeply saddened to learn of Frank's passing. He was such a dear friend to us. We met Frank through CMSD, having started at the same time, and he was truly an angel to us. He spoke Spanish and was always willing to help, offering kindness, patience, and support when it was needed most. We will always remember his warmth and the friendship we shared over the many years. If possible, we would be grateful if a family member could email us to let us know where Frank's resting place is as we would like to visit and pay our respects. Please know that your family is in our thoughts, and we wish you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

My goodness, I'm sad to find out this way about Frank's passing. He's always been really good to me and I know that I was his favorite bartender. I have been reaching out to him lately during this holiday season and it wasn't like him to not correspond with me. Something told me to Google his name which is how I discovered he passed. Well wishes to all of his family and friends

Frank had been in our lives for many years that my mom would always say that’s her son and he would call her mom. Frank never missed letting us know he was going to the West side to the Jamaica store. He was family a brother and uncle Frank to my kids . He would come by and watch the Cavs games but most of the time falling asleep in his favorite couch at moms. Frank talked about Panama all the time and thought he could out dance you when Soca music played. My uncle Gee (Rest in Heaven) and Frank thought they had the Patent on mowing the lawn; so many good times I could share but most of all a kind a loving and caring person. You will be missed 🙏 My condolences and Prayers
