Fred was born August 1st, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio to Ruth (Hardy) Delaboin and Marion Delaboin who are both deceased. Fred fell asleep in death on July 13th, 2021., He leaves to mourn his wife Renee S. Payne Delaboin of twenty-two years and two weeks, there were no children in the union.
Fred attended Cleveland Public Schools and in 1972 he graduated in the top ten of his class from East Technical High School. He then went on to Cuyahoga Community College earning his Associates Degree in Computer Programming.
Fred was employed as a computer programmer by the Cleveland Twist Drill company. He later became a self-taught photographer working as a freelance photographer and also working as a photographer for the Call and Post Newspaper, then on to portrait photography, and his business name was Kelazh photography.
Fred dedicated his life to his God Jehovah on July 28, 1984. He loved the ministry work preaching and teaching people about Jehovah. He said he forgot a lot of his past, but he did not forget Jehovah he was faithful to the end.
Fred was one of eight children, two brothers preceded him in death, Damon Delaboin and Clifford Delaboin; a niece Renee Robinson and nephew Deshonn Delaboin. Surviving siblings are Dewayne Delaboin with his four children and grandchildren, Marian (Delaboin) and Calvin Stanley with their three children and grandchildren, Elizabeth Delaboin with her three children and grandchildren, Denise Delaboin with her three children and grandchildren, Deborah with her five children and grandchildren
