The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2020 Wake: 10:00a.m. Funeral: 10:30a.m. at Ebenezer Assembly of Christ 15209 Florida Ave. Cleveland OH, 44128.

Glenda Laverne Mathews, age 71, went home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2020. Glenda is survived by her children, Dr. Raychelle Mathews – Garba (daughter) and Mr. Ronald Tyrone Mathews (son) (Ellen) ; siblings, Mr. Mallory A. Perkins and Ms. Terissa Conner, and one brother in-law, Willie W. Hinton; grandchildren, Mariama L. Garba and Ronald T. Mathews Jr., and a host of nieces and nephews. Glenda is the daughter of the late, Mr. Jasper Perkins and Mrs. Willie Mae Perkins. Her sisters Emma Lou Blankenship, and Betty Ann Hinton preceded Glenda in death.
