I am at a loss for words to express my sadness and sympathy at my friend's passing. I had a very hard time processing this when I heard about Gloria. We go back to 12th grade at Buchtel high school. Then we started at Akron U. Every time we talked we brought up the college days and had a hearty laugh. We did a lot of laughing. We laughed all the time. I will miss my friend so much. And may God keep his hands on her family for peace, comfort and healing. Love you Deshawna, Chip and Deitra. I will be checking up on you all and keeping in touch with all of you.

Dear Family, We are shocked and sadden to hear of Gloria's passing. She was one of the sweetest people that I know. She always had a big smile on her face and a kind word to say. I have known Gloria since we were teenagers and her brother Westley was my husband, Greg Holmes best friend. My heart goes out to her children, grandchildren and her brother Westley. May God be with you all. Yours, Tokie and Greg Holmes
