In Loving Memory of Gregory “Mr. G” McDougall

Gregory “Mr. G” McDougall, age 69, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

Gregory was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Affectionately known as “Mr. G,” he will be remembered for his strength, his wonderful sense of humor, and the tremendous love he had for his family. His presence brought something special to the lives of those around him, and the memories he created with the people he loved will be treasured for generations to come.

Gregory was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Blanche McDougall; father, Eurice McDougall; son, Benjamin McDougall; and brothers, Eurice Leroy McDougall and Danny McDougall.

He leaves to cherish his memory his longtime companion, Tina Hill; his six children, Teresa Booth (McDougall), Gregory McDougall Jr., Gina McDougall, Armello McDougall, Camella McDougall, and Messiah McDougall; his twelve grandchildren, George Booth Jr., Courtney, Geoffrey, Geordyn, Michelle, Gregory, Elijah, Sydni, Sirvon Jr., Malakhi, Ezekiel, and Gabriella; and his five great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Evelynn, Sanaa, Rome, and Sadé.

Gregory also leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Brenda Mathews, Yvonne Blair Burnette, Melvin McDougall, Wanda McDougall (Paulette), Mary McDougall, David McDougall, Norman McDougall, Mark McDougall, Michael McDougall, and Gabriel McDougall (Nicole); a host of loving nieces and nephews; extended family; many dear friends; and all those who were blessed to know him as Mr. G.

Gregory’s life touched many, and although his physical presence will be deeply missed, the love, laughter, memories, and legacy he leaves behind will continue to live through his family and everyone whose life he touched.

Rest peacefully, Mr. G. You will always be loved, forever remembered, and never forgotten. 🕊️
