Isaiah Duran, born on April 14, 2002, in Cleveland, Ohio, was the beloved son of April Delgado and Ralph Duran. He began his educational journey at Orchard STEM Elementary School and continued at Bard High School Early College, where he thrived academically. Isaiah was also deeply involved in his faith as a Christian at Lake Galilee Baptist Church, where he often sang, sharing his love of music with his community. Following his passion, he became a General Manager, showcasing his leadership skills and work ethic, a role in which he excelled.
Isaiah’s vibrant spirit extended to his hobbies, including drawing, sketching, and staying active through running. Isaiah Duran was truly the purest soul, a radiant light that shone brightly even in the darkest of times. His infectious smile had the power to uplift those around him, and he found joy in the simplest moments, especially when watching sunsets that mirrored his vibrant spirit. Isaiah’s humor was both ridiculous and delightful; he had a unique ability to bring laughter into any situation, always knowing how to brighten someone’s day. Family meant everything to Isaiah. He cherished his mother and siblings deeply, always prioritizing their happiness and well-being. His love for them was unwavering, and he made it known through his actions and words.
Isaiah also had the biggest heart, overflowing with compassion for others, including his beloved animals, whom he treated with the utmost kindness. His friendships were treasures he valued greatly, and he was known for being an incredibly supportive friend, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand. Isaiah’s eagerness to share his love for God was evident in all aspects of his life, as he sought to inspire those around him to embrace their faith.
Isaiah leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and love, forever etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He is survived by his loving mother, April Delgado, his devoted grandparents, Bienvenido Delgado and Deidre Nix, and his siblings, Diamond Gonzalez, Jadaysha Duran, and Jorge Gonzalez. He also leaves behind his in-laws, Alyssa Gonzalez and Madeyona Warner, as well as a close-knit family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Carmen and Cedric Ledger, Alba Castro, and his cousins Dezoray, Destiny, Maribel, Marissa, Anthony, Mariah, Jenesis, Janya, and Robert. Isaiah’s warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on the lives of many friends, creating memories that will be cherished forever, leaving a legacy of love and kindness.
