Jack Lee Love was born November 19, 1961, one of eight children, born to June and Miller Love Sr., in Cleveland Ohio. He departed this earthly life on January 15, 2023.
He was raised in a God-fearing home. With a Christian foundation Jack accepted Christ at an early age, and became a member of Second Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Reverend George Wheeler.
Jack received his formal education in the Cleveland Public School systems, graduating in 1980 from East Technical High School. He went on to further his education in Business. In the early 80’s Jack relocated to Toledo, Ohio, and worked as a laborer for the Eight O’clock Coffee company. Shortly after returning back to Cleveland, he became employed by the City working in the Department of Public Power, for over 30 years until he retired in 2012 . Jack was an active Mason, he loved debating with family and friends, and kept his family laughing all the time, sports, good food and old school music. Most of all he was a family man that loved his family.
Jack was grounded and rooted in Christ, and later in his adult life he became a member of Harvest Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Artis Caver, and at the time of his death he was an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, under Pastor Stan Hood.
He was preceded by his parents, Miller Sr., and June Love; one sister Jannie Love.
Jack leaves to cherish his memory to his siblings: Ronald (Kimberly), Margaret (Clarence), Miller Jr., Jeffery (Lucy), Carol, Lillie, Tyrone, Rene, and Harold Jr., (Johnita). Many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. A dear friend Felicia Sims. A host of cousins other family members and his ex-wife Jackie Smith. He will be missed by all.
