Jackson went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2016.He leaves to cherish his memory children Samuel, Jerome, (Debbie), Eleanor, Leonard, Bernard (Darlene) and Chip; Grandchildren Sherell, Sharonna, Tyree, AToya, Alyssa; Great Grandchild Zhira and a host of nieces and nephews.

I have fond memories of my Uncle Jackson Askew. I shared a lot of memories with him throughout our lives. I apologize to the family for not being with them at this time but I know he had a wonderful and peaceful life. Love to my family in there sorrow.
