Jacqueline A. Berry Flowers was born January 30th, 1953, to the late Louis Prince Berry (Deceased) and Della Guest Berry (Deceased) in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. She was the last of an combine 13 children and accepted Christ as her savior at a early age.
“Jackie” as she was fondly called by many, graduated from Jeannette High School.
Jackie moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1974 and began her career at Ford Motor Company she held various jobs thereafter.
Jackie met the love of her life “Tommie” Flowers (deceased) in 1974. They moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1991 journeyed through life and later married in October of 2008. From this union, they formed a blended family of four children consisting of Nat’e Berry (Nicholas), Darnell Berry, Tommy Berry, and Shawntae Berry (Younger). Her husband Tommie preceded her in death.
Jackie favorite saying was “Hello” greeting you with open arms. She was a joyous and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to so many people. She loved family gatherings and dancing with her husband Tommie, ” Yeah we’ll be there to cut a rug or two” as they would usually say.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Husband Tommie Flowers, Sisters Dorothye Turner, Sue Adams, Geraline Banks, Genny Cooley, Brothers Louis Berry, Eugene Berry, Earl Berry, Frank Berry, Morris Berry, Johnny Berry, and Granddaughter Tionna Clark.
She will be deeply missed by her children Nat’e Berry-Nicholas (TY), Darnell Berry (Jessica), Tommy Berry (Brenda), Shawntae Berry-Younger (Donnell). Jackie is also survived by her Brother Bernard Berry (Savannah, GA), Sisters Deborah Harper (Manning, South Carolina) May Berry (Harlem, NY) and Helen Johnson (Denver, CO) .
Loving Grandchildren Quera, Savon, Elijah, Teleya, Ameena, Anthony, Natasha, Savannah, Darnell Jr., Marquis, Trevon, Camry, Taylor, Tyrion.
Loving Great Grandchildren Olivia, Tyvion, Romeo, Carlito, Cartel, Cartier. She has an abundance of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends she loved dearly.
