Words just can't tell it all. Jackie was the sweetest person. We worked together for 13 years at WOIO CH. 19 and she was the most helpful and considerate person. We loved to laugh and whisper in the office. She was a great woman. Loved her family and the twins. They were her world. And she always asked about my daughter. We kept in touch even after I moved to Charlotte. I would think to myself, 'I haven't heard from Jackie in a few weeks, let me call her'. I'm sad about her passing. She had so much she still wanted to do in life. She is in a better place and free from pain and suffering. I will miss her deeply. My condolences to her family and friends and all that witnessed her heart.

Jackie was truly a wonderful friend. You became a better person just by knowing her. Our friendship began when she started at WOIO 19. So many memories, life events and laughter we shared over the years. She was all about family. Both at work and at home. Her laughter will be greatly missed. We all loved Jackie. And always will. God bless her family at this difficult time. Until I see you again my friend. Jean Niznik

You will definitely be missed, one of my kindest and sweetest cousins. Heaven gained a beautiful soul, but our hearts will always feel your absence. 💐
Magali Munoz-Halcrombe left a message on February 23, 2026:
My dear Foster‑Parker family, My heart goes out to you during this painful time. Please know that you are in my prayers, and I’m asking Jehovah to surround each of you with the comfort that only he can provide. He understands your grief more deeply than anyone else, and he promises to be “close to the brokenhearted” and to save “those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Jehovah never intended for us to experience the sorrow of death, and he lovingly assures us that this pain is temporary. The hope he gives is real and certain. Jesus said that “all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” (John 5:28, 29). What a tender promise, Jehovah is holding your loved one safely in his memory, and he will restore them to life in perfect health and peace. Until that beautiful day arrives, may Jehovah give you strength “beyond what is normal” (2 Corinthians 4:7) and may you feel the support of those who love you. You are not alone. We are holding you close in our hearts, and we stand ready to support you in any way you may need. With all my love and sympathy, Magali
