My life and my family’s life is better because Mr. Calhoun was in it. I spent the most time with him taking Shannon and I trick or treating year after year. My sisters would sometimes join, and it was always a great time! Those beautiful memories will last for ever. May his family be comforted and in peace.

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your beloved husband, father and grandfather. Jim was a role model and highly respected and admired. He genuinely cared about both residents and associates and was an advocate for all. Jim led by example and always made time to listen to you. He was so proud of his family, and his love for you was so evident. May warm memories bring you comfort and may time bring you peace and healing. We miss Jim very much and will treasure our memories.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

It was an honor to know Mr. C as well as work with him. He was very kind & supportive when I started at Judson. And this was a constant the past nine years. I enjoyed hearing his take on various topics. His words always included a positive message. Thank you to his family for sharing him with the Judson family. Love you Mr. C. You will forever be missed.

Jim was among the first to welcome me when I started at Judson (nearly 34 years ago). That warmth and kindness never faded. I appreciated and admired his faith, dedication, loyalty, and humor. He was a good man and a good friend. My condolences to Holly, Shannon, and all who knew and loved him.

I have known and worked with Jim since 1990. I have gotten to know Jim Calhoun pretty well. Jim was a “ good guy”. Jim always had an open door for me whenever I needed him or asked him for his time. I enjoyed his company. We could talk about the ‘ old days ‘, or serious things. Jim had more times than not—a twinkle in his eye , a great smile and a super sense of humor. He was always professional. My condolences and many prayers go out to Jim’s wife, daughter and family. RIP Jim and enjoy Heaven— you deserve it, but you’ll be very missed. And— many thanks for your Service as well. ✌️🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️. Your friend, Liz Hackman Heer
