It is with great sadness that the family of James William France announces his passing, on Friday, August 5. He was 81 years old. James will be lovingly remembered by his children, Carmella, James Jr. (Aisha) and Jasmine (Devaughn) and his five surviving siblings, Betty, Ruth, Joan, Wayne and Sharon.
