Jean and I have been friends since we were kids. We many good times together. Although our paths seperated somewhat we managed to meet up along the way;we were always happy to see each other. The fact that she was also my spiritual sister and also believed in God's promise of the ressurrection, takes away some of the pain of her passing. I will miss her; hoping to see her again in jehovah's new world!
I witnessed a beautiful homegoing service for Ms. Jean. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet your mom, Tonya. She had a warm spirit and was a WEALTH of KNOWLEDGE. Continue to keep your heart in God's Hands. He will carry YOU the rest of the way. I will continue to keep you and family in my daily prayers. Your Friend, LaShon
My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Jean. What I remember most is her infectious smile and giving spirit. I pray for strength and peace for all that she unselfishly touched.

I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences goes out to Courtnee, Rochelle and the entire Family. I am thinking of you all and praying for strength. Love and
kisses.
Mom,
How do I find the words to say goodbye? I wasn't prepared to see you leave. You've always been there for me with each and every milestone. I want you to know, it will never go unnoticed. I will never forget what you taught me about names. We had a great conversation about Jehovah on the day I drove to the license bureau to change my last name to yours! "Let your name represent you well. Your character and your representation for your household AND in how you walk in this life. Your accomplishments mean NOTHING, if your character kills your name (reputation)." I get it NOW...… It was so like you to break down a new union with specific meaning. You made us all understand how to live, love and treat everyone. I thank you for the gift of such a wonderful son. You were Such a GREAT grandmother and inspiration to Lorenzo & La Velle. We love you MOM.
My sincere and deepest condolences to the family
You are still the Sunshine in mind. I will miss talking to you and you sharing your wisdom, but I will love you always. Until we meet again RIP.
We wish our words could somehow ease your sadness, but in our hearts, we know the most they can do is simply tell you that we care. Looking forward with you to the wonderful day when those we miss awaken from their sleep. We are so sorry for your loss. - Mark, Pat and Benjamin

To my other Mother I love you and going to miss you dearly. To the family my deepest condolences and prayers for your strength
I send my deepest and sincerest condolences to the entire family of Ms. Jean Woodson. She was without a doubt a very special and unique lady. I always found amazement in talking with her and hearing the stories of all the different ventures she'd been on throughout her life. I don't think I've ever known of anyone with quite as much knowledge about so many different things. She was a true "Jill of all trades". One thing in particular, I will never forget her drive and motivation. She reminded me of my own mother when it came to being supportive and encouraging anyone to be the best at whatever they wanted to be. I remember one business we were in, I was doing my first presentation and I looked up and the first face I saw was, Ms Jean's...all the the way from Cleveland to Akron--to support me and she barely knew me. Your mother's kindness was contagious and her memory will live on forever. I am so grateful that our paths crossed and I was fortunate enough to have met her. She absolutely goes down in history as a Legend.
Though your hearts must hold deep sadness at the loss of the one you loved, May it also hold the memories of the love and good times you shared together. Such thoughts will comfort your heart, uplift your spirit, and carry you through this grief to closure. We offer our sincere condolences- Willie & Gladys Page
