Jeanette L. Beasley was born on December 17, 1941 in Fairmont, West Virginia to the late Sylvester and Catherine Beasley. She departed this life after a long illness on March 6, 2019.
She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, feisty personality, giving nature, and wonderful words of wisdom. She attended Washington Beauty Academy before moving to Newark, New Jersey where she pursued a career working for the state in the Department of Affirmative Action, as a Certified Public Manger, and as a Supervisor at Woodbridge working with adults and children with behavior conditions. She retired after 28 years of service. She volunteered her time with several local food banks and helped provide back to school supplies for underprivileged youth. In her spare time, she loved to travel and spend time with her dog Zipper. She attended Church for the World, Pastor Nicholas Oluwayemi.
She loved her family and close friends.
