Jefferson Leon Blair was born on May 29, 1957 to Chester and Sadie (Holmes) Blair in Chicago, Illinois.
He attended Chicago schools and some college before going into the Armed Forces. He married Carol Elaine Lacy on April 11, 1989.
He was a retired electrician, who loved music and working with his hands. He attended Northside Community Church.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Sadie.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; step-mother, Judy Blair; brothers and sisters, Gregory G. Blair, Bradford H. (Cynthia) Blair, Jan S. (James) Dunn, Brent (Angela) Blair and Judy Lee Blair; sister-in-law, JoAnn B. Carter; brother-in-law, Michael G. Lacy and a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
