To the Taylor family: My heartfelt condolences to you. I had the pleasure of growing up in the Woodland-Woodhill area with Joe. When he came to Judson Park, Joe remembered me from childhood along with my brothers. We got to recall old times. Growing up he was a jokester. But he was also a great co-worker who was always polite to staff and residents. He will be greatly missed. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted Matthew 5:4. And may the pain pass but the beauty of your memories of him remain. God bless you all.
