From the first day we met and you told me " Man you gone have to get a haircut before you start working with me ". I knew we would get along because you were direct with no filter when it came to us having respect for ourselves and how we represented our team. I would like to say you treated me not as a coworker, not as a friend but as family. I still have my personalized Cleveland Browns bowling ball with Eff Sr. engraved in it, sad it didn't make me as good of a bowler as you but I still use it. You even let me have some of your wife's famous OX tails sir. LOL! Never knowing my own father it makes me proud to say you will always be a great roll model and father figure and I will always try to live up to your standards.
