Friday, October 5, 2018, 10:00 AM at THE CALHOUN FUNERAL HOME, 17010 Lakeshore Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44110, where family will receive friends at 9:30 AM.

John Quincy Huffman, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on September 26, 2018.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Patricia Huffman; two daughters, Jontu Marisa Huffman and Storm Yahyana Huffman; a stepdaughter, Jessica Welch; six living siblings, Jacqueline Thompson (Los Angeles, California), Carol Brown (Cleveland, Ohio), Michael Taylor [Vennissa] (Columbia, South Carolina), Ernest Huffman-Brown [Janet] (Cleveland, Ohio), Mary Ann Huffman-Patton (Sterling Heights, Michigan); three grandchildren, Carrisa, Camryn and Ahmir (Jontu); two step grandchildren, Jaylen and Journey (Jessica); five remaining aunts on his father’s side, Mattie Ruth Thomas (Louisville, Kentucky), Otelia Holt (James), Helen Thomas, Geraldine McQueen and Penolia Smith all of Montgomery, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr, (1964) and Alta Mae (2014), and a brother, John Kenneth (1960).
