Johnnie Mae Powell went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2018. Johnnie Mae is preceded in death by her husband, Dewitt Powell Jr. Preceded in death by her loving parents, Clarence and Susie Sharp. Cherished mother of Aviss Rollins and preceded in death by Cynthia Hale and Barbara Jean Powell. Preceded in death by her siblings, Walter Moore, Jessie Moore, DeWitt Moore, Wilbert Moore, and Orangie Moore.  Grandmother of Stacey Roy, Kevin Rollins, Byron Carter, Jerika Carter. Great-Grandmother of Cedric Taylor Jr, Ramiya Roy, Kase Rollins, Kole Rollins, Rhani Roy (Mina), Jaxon Rollins, and Raquel Roy.
