A dedicated city service employee who cared about all of us and went the extra mile because that's just the type of person he was....
To Felicia and the Chisholm family - it's gonna be a lotta laughter goin' on "up there" now you can bet...He's with God now, and in no more pain...I offer my prayers to you all....
