Joe was survived by his children, Joseph E. Hunt, Jr., Aris Hunt, Rhonda (Terry) Brown, Aaron (Denise) Hunt, Joseph O. Hunt (Tami); siblings, Rita (Joseph) Collins, Paul (Cynthia) Hunt, Peter (Marsha) Hunt, Joyce (Louis) Harris, Robert (Kate) Hunt; brother-in-laws, Frank Townsend and Junior Doughty; grandchildren, Brandon Ikner, Shermera Chamblis, Shorita Harris, Latoine Byrd, Joseph O. Hunt, Jr., Aaryn Davis, Justin Malcolm, Lawrence Hunt, Chance Montague, Jasiah Tallhamer, Caden Hunt; 22 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Anna Mae Hunt; Sisters, Elaine Townsend and Rose Doughty; grandson, Rhyan Ikner and great-grandson, Joseph “JoJo” Hunt.
