Joseph Solomon Bailey went home to be with the Lord on November 2, 2018. Joe enlisted to serve in the United States Marine Corps on national emergency February 14, 1945 and was honorably discharged with Character of Excellence on August 17, 1946. He retired as a supervisor from the Claims Division of RTA. Joe is preceded in death by his son, Ricardo Bailey; siblings, Bill, Bob, Agnes, Monroe, and Chuck Bailey. Joseph is survived by his children, Victor, Emily, and Vincent Baily; grandchildren, Jeffrey Gibson and Gregory King.
