JOY NATALIE THOMAS, born as an only child in Cleveland, Ohio on May 15, 1942 to Curtis and Hazel Bryant Hill (both deceased).
She became Joy Bruce when her mother remarried to Harold Bruce (deceased) and he adopted her. She was the grand-daughter of Calvin and Hazel Bryant (both deceased). She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and attended church occasionally.
Joy leaves to mourn her daughter, Hazel Rivera; her grandchildren Miguel Rivera, Orlando Hill and Natalie Hill; great granddaughter, Isabella Rivera; First husband, Donald Harris, maternal cousins, Shedrick and Joyce Carter and family, Calvin Bryant and family and Bonnie Bryant and family, Sister and Brother-in-law, Barbara Gunter and family and Lester Thomas and a host of extended family and friends far and wide.
