Happy Birthday Auntie Joyce. I met Auntie Joyce in 1998 at Newsong church. I was shocked and saddened to hear about her passing. So many great memories. Always in my heart.

My prayers and blessings goes out to the Family of Joyce. She will truly be missed, her wittiness, her suttle humor, charm , and beautiful smile. I just learned of her passing upon sending her a Birthday card I met Joyce at Tri-C in the Women In Transition class October 2018. We developed a friendship and while in class found we both worked and retired from AT&T. I learned she wanted to be a singer in her youth and was an Avpn Boss as she called herself. We also took a sewing class together at Trinity Cathedral as well as once a month worked at Sterling elementary serving the cimmunity on Food Pantry day. Joyce always had words of encouragement. I will always remember her and her 411 birthday which she associated it with the 411 number for directory assistance at the telephone company. She had told me she worked in that department before becoming Technician. Her confidence and determination whidh will be missed were immeasurable. Memories always live forever.

And God told me to tell you this, it is in the quiet crucible of your most personal and private sufferings that your noblest dreams are born and God’s greatest gifts are given in compensation for what you’ve been through.

My condolences to Joyce's family and friends. I've known Joyce since we were 13 years old - we went to Jr High and High School together, then drifted apart. Later, we were reunited when both of us ended up at the New Spirit Revival Center. Joyce was a loving and sweet sister, and showed her love and support for everyone. I will miss her terribly, but knowing she is in heaven with the Lord whom she loved so much gives me peace. My deepest condolences.

To the family of Joyce's L Harrell you have my most deepest condolences in the passing of your sister and aunt and love one to many.. I met Joyce at New Spirit Revival Center over 14 years ago. I joined Avon and Joyce just happened to be at the meeting and became my Director. We became like sisters. She loved all of her family her sister who lived next door and her nieces. We talked about everything her childhood, marriage etc. Joyce one of the sweetest sisters at NSRC that I have ever met. Joyce always always looked out for me with my Avon. Whether it was Avon samples, brochures etc. She knew I was going through somethings at that time and she made sure that I was able to still sale and make money. She had such a kind sweet spirit. She had a sense of humor as well, We always had great conversations and laughing. She loved her church and her pastors. No matter when Joyce wasn't feeling good she still made her way to church. You really never knew she was sick because she was a quite soul. She will truly be missed. Whats so ironic is I had been thinking about Joyce because I left NSRC and hadn't talked to her for a long while. I was going to call her to see if I could reach her. I received a text message on Sunday stating I know you heard about Joyce. I said Joyce who my Avon lady and Usher Joyce. The text came back yes she passed on Friday. My heart was heavy and so sadden to hear about my friends passing. May God strengthen, keep and bless you all is my prayer. My memories of Joyce will live on forever.
