Mrs. Juanita (Peoples) Bradley was born on April 22, 1942 in Humboldt, Tn. (Gibson County), too Robirda Williams & Lenel Peoples. Juanita was adept at learning quickly. Equally, important, Juanita was instrumental in caring and assisting her parents in raising her younger siblings. At a young age, Juanita came to know Christ. and was baptized. Along with her children, Juanita left Tennessee in the late 60’s early 70’s and moved to Racine, Wisconsin, than to Cleveland, Ohio, where she raised her family and became a member of Mt. Gillion Baptist church.
Soon after, she became employed by The Bond Court hotel, now known as the Sheraton Inn, where she advanced to become the Banquet Services Manager, and retiring after 22 years.
Juanita enjoyed family gatherings and loved working on coloring books to occupy her free time. Also, and on occasion, she would participate in outings to her favorite casino. More than anything, Juanita enjoyed being with her family. As the matriarch of the family, Juanita always made herself available to take the timeout help other’s, give advice to her friends, neighbors and particularly to her family members.
Juanita lived life to the fullest., and always carried a smile along with a memorable laugh that made everyone around her feel warm and loved. Juanita will forever be missed by her family and friends. Assuredly, our father in heaven has welcomed her home.
Juanita preceded her in death a mother Robirda Williams, father Lenel Peoples, husband Deacon Willie J. Bradley, a host if brothers and sisters, a daughter Jacqueline Hoyle, a grandchild Robert Fentress. She leave to mourn, her Aunt Katherine Boyd(Rev. Charlie), sister’s and brothers’s Mattie Marcell (widow), Raynell Peoples, Shirley Lewis(Hurtis),Peggy Price(Claude),Glenn Peoples (Joni), Shelia Brown, Patricia Hunt, & Sharon Maxwell. A very dear sister that have been there for her Mamie Daniels( Art), Her children, Maxine Fentress (Deric), Gwendolyn Davis, Patricia Valentine (Kevin), Carl Fentress , an a host of grand and great grand children, family and friends.
