Julia Mae (nee Lee) Reeds went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2018.  Julia is survived by her husband Milton Reeds, Sr.  Cherished mother of Milton Reeds, Jr., Edmund Lee Reeds, Natasha Reeds-Santiago and Shirl Reeds.  Loving sister of Mary Louise Jones.  Grandmother of Kamesha Franklin, Deon Franklin, Monica Franklin, Michael Reeds, Antonio Santiago and Tahja Monet Santiago.

To the Reed family: I was so surprised to learn that Julia Mae, along with her sister Louise, who were our baby sitters from early years until we moved in January, 1956, had passed. I was even more shocked when I learned that she is at my place of employment and I took the original call. I didn't make the connection because I always called her Julia Mae. Her family lived behind our four family home on Grand Avenue. Mr. & Mrs. Lee and the girls were dear friends of our family. Julia Mae was a good nature person and would always keep you laughing. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
