June Cody (ne’ Spangler) passed away at Ahjua Medical Center in Beachwood, Ohio on Sunday, October 29, 2017, in her 87^th year.  Beloved mother of Garion and his wife Ruby and daughter Judith Everett, one son Gordon Cody preceded her in death.  Proud grandmother of Johnice, Gil, Damon, Derek, June, Jerry, Danielle, Jonal, Aljonon, and Tracey. Great grandmother of Kaelynn, Calvin, Aniya, Zacharia, and Marquis.  Daughter of the late Robert and Eddie Bell Spangler.  Sister of Jacqueline Washington, Janett Cabrere and Robert E. Spangler.  June worked for the United States Postal Service until retirement.  Aside from the camera hanging from her neck, she was known for bringing life and laughter to any event.  June will be truly missed by her family, friends and those who loved her.
