Katherine Coteat (Kat) was born on June 21, 1954, in Akron, Ohio to Katherine Coteat and James Coteat. She went to South high school. She was a housekeeper for many years. Katherine loved music and her favorite artist was Whitney Houston and the Monkeys. She was a great mother and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine and James Coteat; daughter, Lisa Coteat; brother, Paul, Benjamin, Raymond, James Coteat.
She leaves to cherish her memory son, LeRoy Coteat daughter, KaSonya (Stephen) Coteat -Deem; grandchildren, Ronald Coteat, Sharkia Coteat, Larissa Coteat, Dahntray Coteat, Elijah Coteat; great-grandchildren, Marquin Royalty, Carlie Ashylan, and RJ; sister, Jeanette Palm, Tyree Carter, Mary Coteat, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
