Katharine O’Dell (Miller) was born and raised in Akron, Ohio on June 9, 1961, to Charlotte and Michael Miller.

She passed away unexpectedly in her home on April 21, 2023.

She is survived by her children: Tina, Timothy (Stephanie), and Tonya O’dell; her grandchilden, Trayvon (Briana, Leland), Haley, Mersaydies, Diamond (Paris), Tramonte, Tyreek, Tayveonna, Areonna, Xaviar, and Messiah O’dell; her sisters, Rose and Anita Miller, and Teresa (Rick) Pursley; her brothers Michael, Paul, and Timothy Miller.

She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and so many other loved ones.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents and her grandsons, Timothy and Say’meir O’dell.

She was “mom” and “granny” to a lot of people that became her family through love. She opened up her door to anyone who needed her and she loved unconditionally. Katharine will be deeply missed.
