Kenneth was born in Cleveland, OH to William Yates and Hazel Hunt. Kenneth married Katherine Hunt of Maple Heights, Ohio on April 14, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Kenneth attended East Technical High School, later attaining his GED. Kenneth worked for American Airlines in his early years as a cargo loader, later moving to California to work for Hartford Insurance Company as a mail room supervisor, receiving many awards and accolades for his workmanship like the President’s Award. Kenneth had a great love for music of all genres, art, and architecture. He had a dream to build the “K” house in the shape of the letter K. He also loved poetry, where the use of words allowed him to receive the Editor’s Choice award. Kenneth’s infectious free spirit allowed him to make many friends and acquaintances throughout his life, putting a smile on everyone’s face that he met, especially if they were having a bad day.
Mr. Kenneth Hunt, age 72, passed away on May 25, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Hazel Hunt and William Yates; daughter Kira Hunt; sisters Diane Hunt and Trayne Wallace.
