Khali Isa Alamin, a cherished son, family member, and friend, was born on November 18, 2010, and departed this life on April 16, 2026. The third child of Dorothea Anita Carter and Khalil Abdul Al-Amin Sr. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Khali was a faithful servant of Allah.
Khali was a dedicated student who attended Euclid Elementary and middle School, where he was well-regarded by his peers and teachers alike. He possessed a strong passion for athletics, particularly football, and took great pride in his involvement in youth sports. Khali started playing football at age 4 years old with the EAST CLEVELAND CHIEFS until the age of 11. He played for GINN ELITE and the SPEED DEMONS. He also played for the Marshall Warriors basketball team. Khali attended Cleveland Heights High school where he started off playing freshman and junior varsity and later started playing varsity football.Khali played with enthusiasm and determination, always demonstrating teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. He aspired to continue his athletic journey at Heights, a goal that reflected both his ambition and love for the game.
In addition to his athletic interests, Khali was known for his warm personality and sense of humor. He had a natural ability to bring joy to those around him and was especially fond of engaging with others through TikTok, where he shared laughter and memorable moments. His presence was uplifting, and his spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
Khali will be remembered for his bright smile, kind heart, and the happiness he brought into the lives of others. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, classmates, and community.
Though his time on earth was brief, Khali’s life was meaningful and impactful. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
Khali leaves to cherish his beloved mother Dorothea Carter, his loving father Khalil Al-Amin Sr, his 3 brothers Dadren , Khalil, Khylan. Stepbrother Blake and stepsister Sydney, grandparents Chanell Garrett, Aaailah Al-Amin, Khalil Brown. Great grandparents Dorothea Garrett and Earline Ferguson. Khali was proceed in death by his uncle Davis Garrett and great grandparents Anita and Jimmy Carter, Hattie and Jimmy Tanksley and Bessie Williams. Khali has a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, friends and coaches.
