Lee Edward Brown was born in Kissimmee, FL on November 5, 1946 to the late Herman Brown, Jr and Valdese J. Cooper. At the age of sixteen Lee moved from Kissimmee to Akron, OH, where he finished his schooling at John R. Buchtel High School.
Lee served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was an accomplished hair designer and was also an excellent chef. He could cook anything and make it taste good.
On September 10, 2017, God called Lee home to his final resting place.
He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sons; 3 sisters; and 3 brothers. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted mother who raised him, Althea Brown; daughter, Sonja Brown; sons, Markeith Brown, Sr., Dontae Brown, Antwan Brown and Rakeem Kinloch; brothers, Herman Brown, Jr. and Jeffrey Cooper; sisters, Marie (Larry) Goodson, Eleanor P. Bradford and Fayetta L. Martin; grandchildren, nieces, nephews; special friends Deborah Sommerville, Tracey Welch and Kathy Washington; and a host off family and friends
